Milton Road Cemetery was designed as an arboretum and cemetery with charming neo-14th century chapels by Mr Charles Davis in 1856.

The Victorian Garden Cemetery had a large collection of native and exotic trees, many of which survive today. Weston-super-Mare Town Council are celebrating this legacy by creating a tree walk and embarking on a tree planting programme to restore and enhance the original collection.
