With our experience of working for Local Planning Authorities and for developers and architects, Jack Pine Trees Ltd provide clear and accurate arboricultural information and input on the potential impact of your development on the trees on and adjacent to your site.
A pre-development tree survey to British Standard BS5837:2012 includes the assessment and categorisation of trees and allows the creation of a tree constraints plan. This in turn informs the design of your project through the creation of an arboricultural impact assessment drawing and report which identifies where buildings and service runs care to be located in relation to retained trees and their root protection areas.
When the tree retention and design of the project are confirmed a tree protection plan and an arboricultural method statement are devised to demonstrate how the development will be carried and the trees retained successfully during the construction process. Arboricultural supervision can also be provided to guide operations that have the potential to impact any retained trees.
